Hi,
I just watched a video about children around the world who are afraid to go to school because of the terrible violence they might face. It told the story of a girl who was forced to endure sexual abuse from her teacher in order to remain in school. It also showed a boy who was brutally kicked because he didn’t wear his uniform.
It makes me sick to know that every day almost 1 million children face this kind of violence in a place where they should feel safe — school!
